Salary Principle: Reflect external competitiveness and take into account internal fairness.

Salary System: Company strategy, company effectiveness, market price, travelling, regional salary level, and position value. The salary is paid monthly, annual salary income = monthly salary income × 12 + year-end benefit award.

Employee Welfare
1.Social insurance and house fund: our employees are insured by endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance, and maternity insurance and funded by housing provident fund.
2.Paid vacation: The annual outstanding employees who have been employed for more than one year can enjoy 5-15 day paid vacation in the next year.
